Order Manufacturing & Handling Times

At The Layer Company, every custom 3D printed model, engineering prototype, and metal photo frame is manufactured in-house in Delhi. Standard order processing and production times are as follows:

• Standard Products & In-Stock Creations: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
• Custom 3D Printing & CAD Prototypes: As per discussed custom timeline.
• Sublimation Metal Photo Frames: 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We partner with express courier services (Bluedart, Delhivery, Speed Post, DTDC, etc.) to deliver nationwide across India:

• Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad): 1 to 2 business days.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India & Special Regions: 3 to 6 business days.

Free standard shipping is applicable on eligible orders over ₹499.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your shipment is dispatched from our Delhi lab, a tracking number and courier link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. You can monitor real-time shipping updates directly via the courier portal.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your full delivery address, pin code, and mobile number are accurate during checkout. Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning parcels to our workshop. Additional reshipping fees apply if an incorrect address was provided.
