Strict No Cancellation Policy

Because all custom 3D printed items, engineering prototypes, and metal photo frames initiate automated slicing, material allocation, and machine setup immediately upon placement, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed. Please carefully review your 3D CAD files, quantities, and delivery address before completing checkout.

No Returns on Custom Fabricated Products

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our 3D printing and sublimation services, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or customer-provided CAD file errors.

Damaged or Defective Goods (Mandatory Uncut Unboxing Video)

If your package arrives damaged in transit, broken, or exhibits manufacturing defects, we will provide a free replacement or full refund under the following strict condition:

📹 Mandatory Claim Requirement: An uncut, unedited continuous unboxing video recorded from start to finish (clearly displaying the sealed parcel and shipping label before opening) is mandatory as proof of damage. Claims without an unedited unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Please send your uncut unboxing video along with your order number to info@thelayercompany.com or WhatsApp +91 89497 33614 within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, a priority replacement part will be manufactured and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

If a replacement cannot be fulfilled and a refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
